We take over the construction and quality control for you throughout Europe. Welding technology plays a key role in the maritime sector. This is because this joining technology forms the basis of maritime and offshore structures and poses a major challenge with ever higher demands placed on the structures. We have therefore made it our mission to support our customers with well-founded specialist knowledge in this area as well.

• Regular status reporting including defect processing trends
• Expert and independent assessment and prioritisation of defects
• Verification of defects on site (onshore and offshore)

Construction stages are usually turbulent times that are particularly challenging. For this reason, the project management team must be able to make quick decisions. The emphasis is on the timely implementation of the schedule while simultaneously controlling costs. During these processes, the checking and coordination of the as-built documentation can sometimes be neglected.

In recent years, it has been observed that cathodic corrosion protection for the underwater structures of offshore wind farms is increasingly being replaced by so-called impressed current corrosion protection (ICCP) systems. We have observed that these systems require a significant efforts of maintenance and are prone to faults. For this reason, and thanks to our many years of experience with ICCP systems, we can support you with our expertise. We also offer a mobile solution for monitoring corrosion behavior (CP values, ER sample, pH values) in monopile structures, which can also be easily retrofitted.
