In large-scale maritime projects, many parties are usually involved, from the certification body to your subcontractors. We coordinate all the involved parties for you, acting as e.g. site manager, project or sub-project manager, O&M coordinator, etc.

• Target-oriented interface management as well as the establishment of structures for the administration of large-scale or subcontracted projects.
• Extensive experience with the appropriate project management software such as MS Project, Primavera or SAP PM, as well as document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint or SAP DMS

• Early problem identification and risk assessment through sound technical understanding

We take over the construction and quality control for you throughout Europe. Due to our many years of activity in the industry, we are very familiar with the main shipyards and manufacturing sites for offshore structures and offshore substations in Europe. We therefore know exactly what is required.

We cover the following services in this context:

• Audits of your subcontractors to verify compliance with quality procedures
• Independent quality inspections of steel components and auxiliary systems, e.g. as part of acceptance tests (FAT, HAT, SAT)

We support you not only onshore, but also offshore. In addition to a high level of experience to meet your requirements, we place special emphasis on safety. Of course, our employees also have all the basic GWO certificates and beyond.
